More than a Contractor
Full working wood shop.
Creating stair parts is our specialty. The wood shop ships stair treads, risers, and rails to customers around the nation. However, we love working on a custom project and have the capability to do so.
Custom metal shop.
Patrick Millwork is proud of our metal division. With two full-time welders in our own separate metal shop, they measure, cut, and fabricate custom railings all day long. Powder coated, delivered, and installed on your job site.
Monthly invoicing.
We have a professional, organized storefront with office staff in charge of billing, scheduling, invoicing, and taking customer calls. Have a question and don’t know who to call, please call our office and we’ll direct you to the appropriate department head.
Turnkey Systems
We can supply all materials and labor needed to create beautiful systems in your home. We custom build most of the materials here in our shop to ensure every product passes our quality assurance. Stair systems and beam systems can be ordered and quoted for turnkey systems in your next home. Let us know what you’re looking for and we can provide it.

Depends on the situation of course, but we have close to 30 employees with 3-4 different crews of finish carpenters. We have 4 full time stair installers. Usually we can trim out a standard house in around 4-5 days. Stair parts are manufactured here in our shop which usually takes a week. Iron railings take around 2 weeks to manufacture and get powder coated and installed.

No. When it comes to trimming out a project, we usually would suggest going through a door supplier. Then we’ll come after materials have arrived and install all the doors and trim throughout the house.

No, we come out and build a template once the flooring/decking is completed and we do all manufacturing and welding in our iron shop. Then when we come out, install is pretty quick.
