Do you supply parts only?
If you have a parts list and know exactly what you’re looking for, yes. We can get you the parts you’re looking for but it gets too convoluted if we’re coming up with the parts list for you.
What is your warranty commitment?
Once a project is completed, Patrick Millwork, Inc. warrants a one year warranty. In the event that a defect is found, it needs to be reported by the homeowner/client ASAP. Patrick Millwork, Inc. will, at it’s discretion, repair or replace the work needed to ensure the materials and workmanship passes under normal use and service conditions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond normal use.
Are you local?
Very local. We grew up here and have been building homes here since the 90’s. We’re a family owned and operated business and have been very involved with the community since we love it here. We service the entire Treasure Valley, Boise, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa/Caldwell, Marsing, Emmett, Sun Valley, McCall, etc.
Do you paint materials or do stain and finish?
We can get materials pre-finished if we have a specific paint color choice or stain/finish picked out beforehand. It does add an extra charge, but yes it can be done.
Do you work on weekends?
By appointment only. Normally we do not work on the weekends. We don’t enforce any of our employees to work over the weekend, it is by volunteer basis only.
Do you have a showroom?
No, our location that we’re in right now does not allow us enough space to have a showroom. That’s why we have made a virtual showroom here on website! Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
